Education Program Manager and Classroom Support Operations
The Education Program Manager Classroom Support Operations program aims to help individuals and families improve upon literacy skills such as reading, writing, math, science, civics, and computer skills, which enable them to have successful lives. This program provides these skills through their many volunteer tutors with 4-year degrees as well as focusing on scheduling, reporting, new enrollments, and tutor data management. The programs of adult ESL and Baby Book Bags provided by the Literacy Council are unique to only their entity, however, there is only one other agency that provides GED services for native English speakers.
