Soldiers Road Repair
The Washington Cemetery has roughly 1000 veterans interred in the veterans section, ranging from the Revolutionary War to current. It allows for those visiting fellow veterans access to their final resting place along with the visitation of the Vietnam War Memorial, which recognizes those from Washington County that served. In addition it allows an area for the Veterans to celebrate Memorial Day. The goal is to stabilize the road going around our veterans section to the Vietnam Wall Memorial for visitation and safety of those visiting.
